ADSL MIGRATION TO THE WHOLE SALE LIST

On the 30 May 2016, I sent all the necessary forms to ********** ) - requesting the release of my ADSL to the Wholesale list, as I would like MWEB to take over the ADSL. I was informed via email that it would take 21 working days.

I sent all necessary forms & have since not received any response nor has any actions been made to put through my request.

Telkom have instead kept my line and further more, Telkom is charging me for a service I no longer require with them. As a result I am paying two service providers and wasting allot of money. Every time I have spoken to a Telkom consultant, they have acknowledged that my forms have been received but can never give me any reason as to why they have not been processed.

I was told via email that it would take 21 working days to put through my request regarding the release and migration of my ADSL.

I submitted all the necessary documents needed for the release and migration of my ADSL on the 30 of May 2016, it is now the 15 of September

I have spoken to countless concultants, online agents, I have sent countless emails to varies different email addressess.
