ADSL Migration, Open Serve Holding Pool

I want to migrate my ADSL line by means of the Openserve Holding Pool, so that i can enjoy some of the benefits that Afrihost provide, but i'm not surprised to say that i am having a problem with the lack of support and service from Telkom.<br> <br> I have emailed numerous times with the correct documentation etc, also stating that i would like to know what the status is and so forth but i get no replies.....<br> <br> Who can help with this regard?<br> <br> Thanks
