adsl lines down and no service from telkom

both my neighbours and my adsl lines are nt working we cannot possibly be asked to sit around and wait any longer until someone decides to do their jobs. go there test the lines reboot do whatever you need to but get the lines working and restored. we paying you for a service please ensure it is working. your lack of customer care is disgusting and we cannot tolerate the sidelining of fixing the lines immediately. its as if no one at telkom cares that we all need our lines up and running 24/7/365...... fix lines and run tests ften to ensure everything is always in working condition. i cannot be called and told that someone will come out whenever they come out. thats not on. if we dont pay our subscriptioon im sure you wont just let it go. so get your damn act in order and fix this mess asap.
