adsl lines and download speeds forever a problem

Telkom download speeds a major problem,if the lines are not down then the download speeds are 5 to 10 % of what it should be,we have constant problems and don't understand why you cannot sort it out,we pay the full price for a fraction of the service!!! ,2 meg line and i get from .08 to .69 kbs this is unacceptable !!! i am running a business ,i cannot do what i need to because you don't supply what we are paying for i cannot view m CCTV because of your line speeds are **** this is ongoing for years now,wake u!!! we pay for this supposed service.<br> <br> now please read this and respond to my problems and not with you generic answer you give all you clients actually, do you job we are paying you for! You are making it VERY difficult to run a business in a already stressed economy with one of the highest unemployment rates in the world, there are jobs on the line because you don't do yours I have posted on hello Peter numerous times but the problem is never resolved properly .
