ADSL LINE UPGRADE

<p>Good day i wan't to upgrade my ADSL Line i purchased to 40Mbps i registered on the Telkom website but could not do it from there. Please assist</p>

This morning i sent in a cancellation request in order to move my line to AXXESS an ISP as yet my line has not been released yet as TELKOM takes ages to respont to my requests please i only want to move to another ISP not cancel my ADSL line with Telkom

The day haven't even started i'm already typing i suppose today Telkom is going to do nothing again but soon they will bill me pro rata for the first installment and the line speed is slow i reformatted my cellphone it updated from 4 pm yesterday evening till 3am this morning on Wi Fi
