Adsl line technical support is a joke. faults being ignored?

<p>I have been experiencing horrible adsl line quality for the past 2 weeks and have sent in 2 fault reports that seem to have been ignored, although they sent me sms updates that the fault has been fixed. 180CRK240716 and 887CRK040816. I am still getting high attenuation. and downstream fluxuation. and this is not the first time. so ****ed off!</p>
