ADSL line speed in Brackenfell

<p>I want to upgrade my ADSL line from 4mb to 8mb, but my service provider AXXESS informed me that this cannot be done as the TELKOM EXCHANGE in Brackenfell can only go up to 4mb. Axxess requested a upgrade off the exchange from Telkom, but apparently they are not going to do this.</p> <p>I also asked Openserve when it will be upgraded and they said there is no upgrades for brackenfell area coming up in the near future. after sending numoures emails to Telkom for almost 4 months, guess what ......no one rep****....as ussual!!!! Pathetic service overall!!</p> <p>There is 20mb VDSL, not even a kilometer from my house and they still cant seem to upgrade the lines in our area.</p>
