ADSL line speed cannot upgrade higher than 4 mp

<p>I want to upgrade my ADSL line speed from 4 mp to 8 mp but my service provider AXXESS informed me that this cannot be done as TELKOM EXCHANGE in Brackenfell can only go up to 4 mp. Axxess request a upgrade off the exchange from Telkom, but apparently they are not going to do this. I would like to know when are Telkom going to upgrade thereExchange in BRACKENFELL. Surely this can be done as part of Brackenfell even got fiber lines</p>
