ADSL Line removed and new LTE contract activated without our knowledge

My wife took out a Telkom ADSL line in May 2018, a 4mg line. All was well until December 2019, someone from Telkom called to say they will be replacing our ADSL line with an LTE router because the copper lines are being removed. On the 3rd December 2020, the ADSL Router was removed and LTE router installed. No documents signed after installation. I have not had more than 2mg at anytime! Pathetic speed. I thought I would just ride out the last few months because the contract ends at the end of May 2020. After weeks of trying to give notice of cancellation, we eventually get out to a sales consultant. The sales consultant informed my wife a new LTE contract was started in December 2019 and only expires December 2021. What bull@#$ is this??????????? My wife is now liable to pay the full outstanding amount for the rest of the period. No new contract documents were signed to extend the contract or a new contract. This is *****!!!!!! Sies Telkom, I have 4 mobile devices with you. I am not going to renew my contracts. I don't want to be associated with you. Your lines are useless. I cannot talk to a cancellation consultant. For 8 years I had faith in your and just like that, its gone!
