ADSL Line relocation

Still waiting for Telkom to move my ADSL line to my new place. Don't have internet but payed for the month of October. That means i payed for nothing. It would be nice for them to tell me when i have internet. Can't even use the internet at my old place cause i was told they will cut it off after 48 hours.
