ADSL line out of service

<p>We lodged a complaint about our ADSL line that was not working on 21 - 07 - 2017 , with reference number 176CTK210717, the ADSL number beiing ********** . The ADSL is used as our communication with clients, banks etc. at this stage our bussiness has come to almost a stand still.</p> <p>After phoning several times and even visiting our local service centre, nobody can give us an answer, today we where told that the original reference number expired and we then got a new reference number namely 994734. I am so frustrated at this stage, as there seems no one to give decent feedback. Do you know of any other way to get service from this company. The cell number as refence from our side is ********** 316</p>
