ADSL line off for 1 month

My ADSL line is off for a month now. Telkom promised on 31 october the deadline for technicians to fix ot was 1 nov and the technician will notify me. Now its still off. No feedback. And I still have to pay my telkom account. I pay my afrihost accoun all in vein just because telkom does not care to assist their customers. For a whole month we dont get feedback except when i call them to find out what is going on. And when i do phone the due date changes but nothing happens
