ADSL line not installed since January

On the 5th of January I went to Telkom Festival mall apply for an ADSL line, to be install in Limpopo Sibasa but since then we are still I don't have a line. Telkom guys came twice and they couldn't install the line because there is no pole so they said they are waiting for some people to come for pole but since we are waiting for this pole and nothing has been communicated to me about when are they coming or maybe they are still waiting for a pole I don't know. there is no communication at all and when I call Telkom it takes hours and hours to get hold of consultant..
