ADSL Line Issues Unresolved

With all the modernization Telkom is undertaking - fibre 'n all - you would think that its all for the sake of customer service. Forgive me that I am beginning to think the reason is purely commercial and profit driven.<br> <br> By now Telkom should know that a telephone line is the life-line of most homes, without which a home is no longer a home. At least mine isn't. My Family and I live a connected life, and are hopelessly dependent on our internet connection
