ADSL Line Installed

I would like to change a complaint into a compliment. I was complaining about the installation of an ADSL line.<br> <br> With the help of Otley, not sure where she worked, my complaint changed into a compliment. She have phoned me, generate a new order and within a few days my ADSL line was installed.<br> <br> I wish there can be more people like Otley, she deserves a STAR! Well done Otley<br> Neels Marais
