ADSL Line installation issues

I asked telkom to install adsl at my new flat on the 11th of december<br> it is now the 18th of jan 2016 and i have got still got no line and no feedback from them<br> i have phoned countless times and the keep putting an \Escalation"on it but still nothing happens<br> How can i really find out the problem or get it sorted out?"""
