ADSL Line horrible experience!

Since my adsl was installed i am unable to play online games as my ping jumps from 20 to around 500+.<br> The browsing is also very bad as it takes for ever now and then just to load a website.<br> I have called for support and each time they say they don't see a problem on my line and they will try a port reset for me. The problem is not just on my line it is on everyone's adsl line's that stays in Bergsig, Heidelberg, Gauteng, <br> <br> I have tried other ISP's and unshaped accounts, the problem is definitely on Telkoms side.<br> <br> Please fix this, What is the use in paying for a product if it does not deliver what you pay for ?
