ADSL Line Holding Pool assistance

Good Day

Due to poor service from Telkom, I am moving my ADSL line to Afrihost. I put in a cancellation order on 23 August. I have received confirmation SMS that all is done and I am serving notice which expires on 23 September. My problem is that I need the line to be put into a holding pool for Afrihost to take it over. Now i do not really know how all this works but I did ask over the phone and in my cancellation request. Sales sent me to cancellations, cancellations sends me to sales. No one seems to know what to do. Cancellations says it needs to cancel completely. But i cannot be without internet. Afrihost says it HAS to go to the holding pool. Please can someone let me know what is going on and how it gets to the holding pool. I do not want my line completely cancelled and sit with no line. Please help urgently. Case no. ********** 5

After begging and pleading and 20 calls and even twitter messages to add my line to the pool, you still cancelled it. What kind of company are you. When will you hire staff that know what they are doing? Even the Twitter person messaged yesterday and said its in the holding pool but it was not. Cancelled,. "Hi Anna-Marie, the ADSL port has been sent to the holding pool, your new service provider need to tak the line and registered to their name from 24.09 they have 5 days to take over the should that is not register to them Telkom will then suspend the connection as it will not be registered by anyone.Just to advised should it happen where you want to cancel you need to first go via Afrihost and the same process need to be followed , Afrihost holding pool to Telkom then we can cancel when that time come.^CL" Seriously. What is wrong with you people at Telkom.
