ADSL Line faulty for over a month with no reply from Technical Division

<p>My ADSL Line went faulty on the 5th March 2017. It was reported 5 times since then as the fault kept getting closed by *********** technicians who couldn't bother to put in a slight bit of effort to find out what the issue was. Not once was I contacted by a technician. I then logged a new fault on the 23rd March 2017 which has been in a "Pending" state ever since. I have contacted Telkom through Facebook & E-Mail, but no joy. I contacted Tommy Booysen from the Nelspruit Operations division as he is the "Operations Manager", but he also stopped replying on e-mails once I sent him all the technical details of the issue I am having. I have sent e-mails to Tommy Booysen and their National Call Center ********** almost on a daily basis now to try and get some kind of response / resolution, but nothing. I cannot be patient / understanding anymore, they are blatantly ignoring customers who are paying for a service. The fault reference which was closed down several times without solving the problem: 54BTK100317. The current "pending" fault reference: 2CTK230317. I want Telkom to solve this issue, and to start communicating with me. I don't want any apologies for any incovenience caused, cause Telkom & Openserver is certainly not "sorry". I have proof from another Telkom Specialist in the form of an e-mail, clearly indicating the issue on the line. This was also provided to Tommy & Telkom, but no response.</p>
