ADSL line dropping all day and night

<p>Reported to Telkom that the line is not working properly on many occations. they test the line then just send SMS saying the problem has been resolved. but problem not resolved. yesterday afternoon the line disconected more the 200 times according to Mweb and that is the reason my service is not working. locked a fault again with Telkom, but in the meantime i am paying for a servise to MWeb that is not working due to telkom line and they are not going to refund me. the noice level on the line is also not acceptable acording to Mweb but Telkom saying there is no problem.</p>
