ADSL Line Down Since August !@$!

<p>My ADLS line went down early august, i then reported the fault and for a week no one came to fix it, i reported it again and they said it would be fixed soon.... it has been at least 2 months (8weeks+) since my ADSL line has been working ! I have reported the fault countless times with no technition to come fix it... What boggles me is the fact that i live not even 2kms away from the Telkom branch in Kloof and they still havnt come to fix it.... I want it fixed now and not later ! this is complete and utter B.S ! </p> <p>What is worse is that i have been paying since august even though i dont have the service i am paying for.... !</p>
