ADSL line down for more than 3 weeks

ADSL link has been off for more than 3 weeks now, made multiple calls to get this resolved and no fix. Techician advised that issue does not lie on your property but with Telkom side.

Issue not getting fixed and very dependent on it to be working for work purposes.

Issue with telkom is nobody takes responsibilty for a problem, always shifting blame for the system that they have in place, i feel that Telkom will continue to lose customers when FTTH in your area due to the lack of service delivery (no existent at Telkom)
