ADSL line canceled without me asking for it.

<p>I helped my Mother to upgrade her Internet services and it was needed to cancel the Data package only that she had.</p> <p>I filled in the form to cancel the Data package and after a few days the ADSL line was canceled. My mother then called Telkom to find out what is wrong and why her internet does not work as she received another data package deal. They rep**** that the ADSL line was canceled on her request, she then told them that she did not request for the line to be canceled as she still needs it for the internet. She said that there has to be a mistake and asked if they could re-activate the ADSL line for her, they rep**** that they could and she has to pay another R700 to activate it. She declined as it was a mistake from Telkom side.</p> <p>I then further looked for the form that we filled in to confirm if we asked for the line to be canceled and I found that the E-mail did not even go through to the server as this message was received “The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept new messages at this stage. Message therefore not delivered. Please try resending this message later.” This indicates that our cancelation form wasn’t deliver and yet they canceled the ADSL line. I am asking for the proof that we asked for the cancelation of the ADSL line and if it is given then I will apologies and gladly pay the excess amount to re-activate the line, and if not then I am asking you to re-activate the ADSL line as soon as possible and keep the Data package canceled.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
