ADSL line always not working when raining

My Telkom ADSL works fine when the weather is dry, as soon as it rains, from a light drizzle to a storm, the ADSL always goes down along with my internet access.<br> The rain always affects the ADSL line, not sometimes, but very single time. This happened last year as well and it seems it was not fixed.<br> <br> Please arrange for a technician to repair and waterproof the line?<br>
