ADSL Line

<p>I am currently waiting for Telkom to switch my line over to an ADSL line as per request from my ISP. I do not understand how it can take 14 - 28 days for this to happen as the procedure is quite simple to do. It is a huge incovenience to have to sit and wait for Telkom to complete this process.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to previously wait for over 10 Days for my Telkom Landline to be set up and now I must wait an additional 14 Days minimum for this to be completed? So in total I must wait for at least 30 Days for everything to be set up. That is poor customer service! Can you please assist as soon as possible to my line moved in order for me to use my ADSL</p> <p> </p>
