ADSL Line

It look like it will be a month waiting for my ADSL to be transferred to a new place. I have logged a query on the 28th of Jan for my landline to be transferred to my new house .2 weeks later i received sms notifying me that the installation will happen on the 15th, 3 weeks later . I find this unacceptable from telkom. I still pay for my mweb contract and you want to install a line after 3 weeks. what kind of service is this
