ADSL Lenasia Extension 9 Issue Not Being Resolved

Good day <br> <br> I have logged multiple faults regarding my ADSL and nothing is being done (please refer to SM190338 for more information) <br> <br> It seems to me that this issue will never be resolved. I am more than willing to go for the alternative unlimited lte product however the coverage map misses my residence by a few meters. <br> <br> Can you please advise if some arrangement can be made for me to get that product even if it means I do not get the full LTE speed it will definitely be better than my current ADSL. <br> <br> Can you please advise if this is possible<br> <br> Thank You
