ADSL & Landline Out of Service

<p>Reported on 21-Oct-2016, restored on 14-Nov-2016. Then, on 30-Nov-2016 no service again! Reported on 01-Dec-2016 and only restored on 10-Jan-2017!!! But boy is the Telkom invoice on time and I'm expected to pay whilst a service is not being delivered - so they say they'll give me a credit but what about the OTHER costs I've incurred? Not to mention the loss of business...</p>
