ADSL/landline down for a week now
I have a noisy/crossed line, no ADSL.
Call logged 10:30 Thursday 7th Jan.
Assigned to technician on the 9th. Have followed up twice only to be told the
technician has 10 days to resolve. This is 2016 people. Seriously, two weeks to resolve
a telephone line problem ? I pay for a monthly service and Telkom finds it acceptable to
have me without it for almost half that time. How in this age is two weeks considered an
acceptable time frame to fix a line fault ?
