ADSL issues

A month back our ADSL line was affected by the terrible weather and since then we've lost internet connection. We contacted Telkom a day or two after the event and they promised to fix the problem as soon as possible. Mid November towards the first week of December we haven't been contacted by Telkom with regards to our complaint. I logged a call on the 30th of November, if I'm not mistaken, to follow up as to when the issue would be resolved. The consultant who assisted me over the phone, promised a resolve of issue 7-8 business days after the phone call. As of date, Telkom has not yet attended to this matter. I am utterly disappointed in this, and right now, plan to discontinue payments for our ADSL line cancel subscription.
