adsl internet \billing

So I work out of the country 4 months at a time. This year I left in January and was only able to return in July dew to co-vid. My daughter moved into my apartment and said there was no wifi. She contacted Telkom and they had no idea what had happened. She was unable to get them to turn the wifi back on. In July when I got back into the country, I found out that they try to had switched me to wireless which I was unaware of, so in asking them why they did this, the answer was that they changed all adsl lines over to wireless. After a full month of ups and downs, they finally got me up and running again. So from March 2020 there was no internet at my place but Telkom kept on debiting my account. I told them what had happened. They said don't worry we will credit you.No credit was given and when I took a closer look at my account ,they were charging for 2 tin lines, which means I was paying double for almost 2 years. this to I reported and no one has come back to me.Please can someone that knows whats going on get back to me. I must have spoken to 30 or 40 different people and they keep on passing the buck.
