Adsl international speed

I am at my last tether with Telkom. I am being throttled when using international bandwidth especially in peak times in the evening. Local bandwidth seems fine as I can stream Netflix and Showmax flawlessly. I am paying for a service and that service includes beign able to use international bandwidth at the speed I am paying for. STOP THROTTELING MY ACCOUNT ON INTERNATIONAL BANDWIDTH!!!

Also I have ordered a speed upgrade to 20mbps VDSL and was promised an order number. I have received no order number or indication when this upgrade will be done. Pretty pathetic as usual by Telkom.
