ADSL intermittent and slow.
My ISP is with Afrihost and ADSL from Telkom which only connects at 3Mbps. I'm paying Telkom for a 4Mbps ADSL line which I'm not getting. Before I was paying for a 10Mbps adsl line which the exchange only allowed 4Mbps, but Telkom was only to happy receiving my money. This is not acceptable.
