ADSL Installation takes forever

<p>I have requested an ADSL installation at my home numerious times over the internet and at the Telkom store in Menlyn park shopping centre. At the store they said I will be contacted with in 3 weeks. Still waiting for the call! I was also not given any reference number. Could you please assiste?!</p>
