ADSL installation pending to 2 months currently and no response from call centre

I have been waiting for the installation technicians to come set up my ADSL package since mid December . I understand the technicians went on leave and came back in January but I have been trying to call telkom to get an estimate date. I have been calling the 10213 number with no response at all except when they want to sell you something, not for follow up order. It is thoroughly dissapointing as I am trying to make plans to travel but cannot incase the guys give me a date when I am away. I need my internet connection set up urgently
