ADSL installation nightmare

<p>Order ***A for an ADSL line to be installed was captured in April 2016 and the date of installation was put as 19 April 2016. The order was mysteriously cancelled but not by us and a new order was created. The new arrangement was not kept and no one is responding to our queries. Kindly assist</p>
