ADSL installation Fail

I app**** for my Telkom ADSL line about 5 months ago and since then until now I've had no luck whatsoever in getting my line installed.<br> <br> every person i speak to tells me that i have no coverage in my area. but a technician has come to my neighbours house to install ADSL.<br> <br> the incompetence of the call center staff is what astounds me. they keep telling me the same story. <br> They insist i cant get ADSL yet my neighbour just got theirs installed this week. What makes me angry the most they are condescending in their replies as if i do not know what im talking about..<br> <br> The cherry on top is your twitter account that basically copies and pastes what look like generic replies without even bothering to read my concerns.<br> <br> really appalling service you guys are running and even more *********** client services team
