ADSL installation

I app**** for an adsl package which is R399 pm in February, Veronica told me that the turnaround time for installation is 7 days. Unfortunately they will come and visit the site and it took them two weeks to visit the site. <br> <br> They told me to pay R700 so that the order would take place and i did.<br> <br> Trevor came and confirmed that a pole must me installed to extend the line. The pole was only installed last Monday and Veronica apologized for the delay which she confirmed that they delayed by 5 days.<br> <br> After the installation of the pole, the guys who installed it told me that the technician can come to finish up the installation same day and when i contact Trevor(Technician) on Monday he told me to go to Jason to let him know that he must book him for Wednesday so that he can came and install the line and i did go to telkom branch and they told me that Trevor is talking nonsense they do not book technician and i must wait for the installation which depends on technician side and i am still waiting for the installation.
