ADSL installation

I have filled in an application for an installation to be done at my home on the 24th of February 2015 . Since then I have received no contact of what so ever from Telkom to confirm the address or installation date . Every time I went to the site where I have filled in the application they told me they will check on system to see what is going on . After a few min they tell me the system is freezing and will contact me soon after a specified date. Its been almost 2 months after no contact of Telkom . I have to mention I am very disappointed at Telkom service and the empty promises of the staff and managers in the shops . No one can tell me of whats going on with my application or even there are a technician that is going to be able to give me service . I expect that Telkom sort out my query by the end of the week .
