Adsl install
I ordered an adsl package from telkom order ***. I received a sms two weeks ago from number +*** stating that my line would be installed on the 17th of march 16 and that a tech has been dispatched. I took a days leave to be at home for this installation but the tech was a no show. Why must i pay for installation if the techs play games with its customers. I have not even received an apology for not showing so when are they coming? I am very unhappy and feel like cancelling my order is there any management that can help.
