ADSL Home line service

Pathetic service!. It's now more than 2 years since my line was installed I have been complaining about poor performance from day 1. I log a call, next thing I receive a sms that my Call is closed!

No one contacted me regarding fault repairs nothing, the performance of my line is getting worse by the day, even so that each weekend Friday evening around 19H00 my internet goes off and luckily Monday Morning on again, but they Charge me Full service.

Secondly my Voice line is very noisy when wind is blowing, this I explained when calling and talk8ng to Technician but Nothing gets done!!

I am cancelling Telkom now will try Cellphone internet service provider!
