ADSL from Telkom

I want to inform prospective clients not to install the ADSL package from Telkom. Some technical problem weeks ago and it is a struggle to get someone to assist you. When you don't pay bills, you get SMS's very quickly to inform you that you are in arrears but when Telkom messes up, no communication from their side. This is now the 6th week of struggling to get some form of assistance from them and no one, not 1 single person in the company can give you a proper answer. DO NOT INSTALL ADSL from Telkom.
