Adsl finished no explntion

My home adsl all of sudden data is finished no sms notification nothing , I then ask my sister to enquire at Jabulani mall guess what they telling her she cannot be assisted because we wanted to buy a recharge card , for the data . According to tje consultant that was assisting we have reaches our threash hold .. they cant even explain what that means we have been using this data for a year and it has had problems all of a sudden this month on the 14th 30gig is finished with no explanation Im ****ed off they ripping us off people have been complaining guess u havent fixed this ... even night surf is left with 4gig i wonder who is using coz we not ... they saying ppl can access the password again you became unreliable company if ppl can access such what about our personal details ... i need answers and now
