ADSL Fault repeatedly being reported with now real resolution

Hi,

I logged a total of 3 repeated faults over the same issue! The ADSL Speed I'm getting on my line (which is an 4mb uncapped line) is BLISTERINGLY Slow!!! Each time I've had to reopen a new fault, I keep asking that the technician contact me to understand the issue but this request is continuoesly being ignored and the faults closed!

I'm listing the fault numbers in order below:

980CRK030217

993CRK090217

127CRK110217

I'm quite s**** this is not being treated with the neccesary urgency for the lack of service from Telkom and I'm VERY sure I will still be billed for a service I am not receiving.

Each time I contact the call centre 10210 I've only been able to get a status updates and there is totally no senior person I'm able to contact to escalate this issue to!!!

Just spoke to a supervisor named Sinethembane Ndungane from your contact centre (10210) and was advised that 1190CRK150217 is a new fault and not a repeat fault.... WHATS GOING ON???

Hello,

Just an update:

A technician was at my premises today and yesterday, tested the lines and inspected the cabling, couldn't find any issues and said that the issue is at the exchange. Not 30 minutes after he left did I receive an sms notification that the fault 1190CRK150217 was restored, I contacted the 10210 number and the agent confirmed that the fault is not closed and that their have been multiple customers that have recieved the same notifications regarding their faults... just to reiterate, the issue has STILL not been resolved and based on this, I am of the impression I will need to open ANOTHER fault yet again. Could someone PLEASE contact me so that I can be assured this is not become a blackhole issue... which will result in me having to close my account due to YOUR negligence.

Hello, fault was resolved, there was an issue at the exchange plus the router had to be replaced.
