ADSL FAULT FOR NEARLY 4 WEEKS!
ADSL line running at under 1 Mbs despite me paying for 4Mbs line, for a month now! Reported numerous times. Told in hand with technician for at least 2 weeks now and nothing. No good responding on hellopeter and then weeks later I still have no resolution and no one to communicate with. I had similar issue on another line last month and took a month to resolve. Is there any sign of credit for time lost ?! Not a chance!! In addition no alternative like fibre available despit the fact we living in 2016. USELESS!!! #TELKOMMUSTFALL
