ADSL dropping since MAY after upgrades

<p>I have internet through MWEB telkom supplies ADSL line I pay for. In May Open serve a company contracting for telkom did upgrades in our area replacing wires from home to poles and upgrading kiosks since then my ADSL line that must run at 2000 mega bits per second runs at 520 to 820 mega bits per second, I complained on hello peter end of July and now I AM GETTING VICTOMIZED BY TELKOM THEY DO NOT FIX MY LINE , I was told that I have to report to my service provider I did and not even MWEB get response from TELKOM, Yesterday on facebook Telkom responded an a comment I made I hope the D A would also make some changes regarding telkom, there service sucks THE CONTRACTING CAMPONIES WORKS AGAINST EACH OTHER the worse is OPENSERVE they started the nonence and yust left it like that TELKOM IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING</p>
