ADSL Downgrade
Had a problem with adsl line which Telkom was fast to respond. After being at my home twice, even replacing all cables i could not get close to a 4mbps line speed. When the technician tested the availability in my area is was only 2mbps. This does not make sense since i upgraded a while back to a 4mbps line and it was available then. Does Telkom decrease availability?
