Adsl down again

I app**** for a telkom line and adsl. It took ages for them to get it installed. I was told that the line would first be done and then a tech would have to come around to install the adsl line. No one ever showed up to install the adsl line. Eventually my adsl started working. A week later the adsl went down. That problem was resolved. Now again my adsl line is down. On Friday 7 August I drove past a telkom tech working on the box up the road from my house. It is since then that my adsl has not been working. How long will I have to wait for them to send someone out to rectify this problem again.
