ADSL Do Basic bundle incorrectly billed
<p>Instead of billing me their advertised rate of R399* per month for the DO Basic package, they billed for each service separately and then give a discount. Unfortunately, this never adds up to the package amount and for the last year I have not had a bill that was correct. No, I don't have any additional costs. I have contacted Telkom on a few occasions and it is still not resolved. *The advertised price has gone up to R409 this month, but they are still getting it wrong.</p>

26 Apr 2017, 08:33I have phoned Telkom Accounts but get told that R399.05 (or R409.05) is because of VAT. 5 cents VAT? I challenged the person and suggested escallating this, at which point she cut me off.
