ADSL connectivity intermittent -Telkom doesnt care

A few months ago my ADSL connection started misbehaving. I am on a 10M Telkom line, with FNB Connect as my ISP. Every 2 to 3 weeks my line speed would suddenly drop to less than 1 Mbps and remains like this for hours, sometime even days on end. FNB Connect investigated and confirmed that my speed is not being throttled, they also said that during the times that this issue is occurring, the exchange shows 0% availability. They tried getting Telkom to fix this issue, and I have spent countless hours on the Telkom call centre trying to resolve this.
I phoned yet again on 2nd of September to raise another fault, and this time the agent was kind enough escalate the fault at the same time, saying it would give it more priority. This does not help... 5 days later a technician is assigned to the fault, and I have no idea how it will take to respond. I also sent an email to the escalation department, [Email Removed] but that also is a waste of time as no one contacts you.
It has been months now, and still Telkom does not care...

While I struggle to stay connected not having full service, I still have to pay a full premium every month.
